A Logo is also used by organizations to emphasize that their products, processes or services been awarded an accredited certificate. Certification Bodies are encouraged to use logo on their websites, brochures and Certificates.
USE OF LOGO
The UEAC logo is used by accredited conformity assessment bodies to indicate their services that they meet the requirements UNIVERSAL EURO ACCREDITATION CENTER (UEAC).
This may be used either separately or may be used in combination with the logo of the accredited body. Use of the logo or its likeness as a company for any of commercial use logo is prohibited.
Additional Instructions about the Use of Logo:
- UEAC Logo can be used by the certified companies
- UEAC Logo can be used as indicated at web site (WWW.UEAC.NL) in colors, shapes, and dimensions (as rational)
- UEAC Logo can be used after the written permission of UEAC, NETHERLANDS. It shouldn’t be used that it’ll cause wrong information about the status of certification.
- Detailed Information about using accreditation logos can be taken from the accredited bodies.
- The term of introduction’s materials includes the notes, labels, documents, and written declarations on products, and goods as per the certification (eg: Management system certification / Personal Certification / Product certification).
- UEAC logo not be used on vehicles.
- UEAC logo not be used on flags or buildings.
- Companies certified can use UEAC Logo for activity/ areas in the certification’s scope.
- Companies will have to stop the use of the logo in event of an expiring certificate, cancellation, or withdrawal of the certification contract.
- Companies certified are obligated to implement the necessities of this instruction as long as the validity of the certificate continues.
- The certificates are suspended or the contracts are canceled when companies don’t fulfill the conditions indicated in this instruction.
